-Keep up on oral hygiene: Do your best to keep up on oral hygiene. Make sure you brush your teeth every morning and every night and floss your smile at least once a day—it doesn’t matter what time. We also encourage you to rinse your mouth daily with antibacterial mouthwash. The rinse will nourish and strengthen your teeth.

-Use baking soda: Do NOT brush your teeth after you’ve thrown up. Brushing will only harm the tooth enamel more. Instead, please rinse your mouth with baking soda to neutralize the effects of the stomach acid.

-Visit your dentist: It’s extremely important to visit your dentist regularly so you can avoid tooth erosion and tooth decay. Dental appointments will help you keep your smile in tip-top shape and they will give your dentist the chance to give you the tips and advice you need to have a successful oral health.
